FIELD: veterinary science, veterinary proto- -zoology. SUBSTANCE: method involves administration of diamidine an aqueous solution in combination with primaquine and polyethylene glycol-6000 in animals for prophylaxis aim. Quantitative ratio of components is the following in 100 ml of solution: diamidine, 4 g; primaquine, 2 g; polyethylene glycol-6000, 20 g; distilled water, the balance. Solution is administrated in the dose 2.5-3 ml per 40-50 kg of living mass, 2 times in illness period in each 60 days. Invention can be used for prophylaxis of piroplasmidosis in sheep and goats. EFFECT: safety of sheep and goats from piroplasmidosis illness. 2 ex
