FIELD: agriculture, sheep raising. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sheep breeding by method of embryo transplantation with the value genotype. Method of induction of estrus in ewe-donors for superovulation involves induction of estrus in ewe-donors in required amount by 2-fold injection of prostaglandin F-2-alpha with interval for 8-9 days between injections. In 72 h after the second administration of prostaglandin F-2-alpha estrus in ewe-donors is evident, i. e. 0-day of estral cycle is fixed in animals and from this day sexual cycle period is recorded for the further hormonal treatment to obtain superovulation effect. Method provides transplantation of sheep embryos in planning estrus inducing. EFFECT: increased output per man-hour, decreased time of technological process.
