FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by a single administration of follicle-stimulating hormone at the dose 40 mg and injection of serum gonadotropin in 12 h at the dose 30 ml. Method is used for intensification of sheep reproduction and transplantation of embryos showing the valuable genotype. Method provides decrease of labour intensity and material capacity of the process by 3-4 times, economy of the expensive follicle-stimulating hormone, increase of output and effectiveness of the process and stable results providing. EFFECT: improved method of superovulation inducing.
