METHOD FOR MACHINE WET CLEANING OF TEXTILE PRODUCTS AND COMPOSITION OF DETERGENTS USED BY METHOD (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: clothing cleaning methods and detergent compositions. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing basic treatment of textile clothing in washing solution containing water and detergent suitable for textile material; draining washing solution; rinsing textile product in clean water with following draining of waste water; providing final treatment of textile product in aqueous solution; adding detergent for final treatment of textile product, with following draining of waste solution; squeezing and drying. Preliminary treatment of product is carried out in machine in washing solution containing water and moistener, with preliminary, basic and final treatment procedures being performed with the usage of detergent in an amount of from 1.4 g/l to 2.15 g/l. After sorting out of products according to types of articles, stains are eliminated. Preliminary, basic and final treatment procedures are performed at temperature of 27-40 C. After preliminary treatment procedure, articles are manually cleaned with the usage of cleaning means. Detergent composition for treating textile products contains surfactant-based preparation and nonionic preparation based on fatty acid esters or preparations based on anionic and nonionic surfactants with effective additives. Detergent composition for final treatment of textile products contains antistatic preparations, preparation based on aqueous solution of modified, uncharged N-methyloldihydroxyethyl carbamide and preparations based on nonionic surfactants and antistatic preparations.
