SUBSTANCE: building unit has regular or irregular geometry and is made in the form of spatial polyhedron; its composition is as follows, mass %: volcanic ashes, 5-32; perlite sand, 0- 32; claydite, 45-75; grade 400 portland cement, 10; water, the rest; finishing layer is 5-45 mm thick its composition being as follows, mass %: marble aggregate, and/or granite, and/or tufa, and/or macadam, and/or basalt, and/or limestone, and/or diabase, and/or syenite, and/or diorite, and/or labradorite, and/or sandstone, and/or quartzite, and/or broken glass, and/or ceramic or lime-sand brick, and/or flooring or glazed tile, and/or chinaware, 0-50; portland cement, grade 400, of any color, 10 - 30; water, the rest; at least one edge of generating lines of member is made by means of convex or concave three-dimensional stippling and has regular simple or complex geometry such as spherical, cylindrical, pyramidal, etc. Proposed building unit is manufactured by method of forming using unique tooling.
