FIELD: manufacture of building materials; production of brick, face brick, stones, blocks and tiles.
SUBSTANCE: proposed building brick is made in form of concrete, wall, monolithic solid body at the following composition, mass-%: limestone at size of particles no more than 8 mm, 77-85; cement-containing binder, 15-23; brick is made by molding at pressure no less than 21.0 MPa for 10 s and heat and moisture treatment or holding till strength is no less 50% of brands strength of finished brick. Set of equipment for manufacture of building brick includes module for preparation and delivery of limestone, proportioning module, concrete mix forming module, molding module at pressure of no less than 21.0 MPa provided with receiving bin and packing and storage module.
EFFECT: extended field of application.
