FIELD: rocket-space and mechanical engineering, applicable for separation of interunit pneumohydraulic service lines. SUBSTANCE: the quick-release unit consists of on-board and ground blocks connected by a pneumatic lock consisting of a gripping mechanism in the form of a collet with a movable locking bush, packing members. Use is made of an additional bush installed for axial movement inside the on- board block and having a gripped stop engageable with the collet, made on its outer surface is a shoulder forming a cavity with the on-board block body for feeding the control pressure, and positioned on its inner surface is a spring-loaded locking bush. The collet is positioned in the unit inner cavity and rigidly linked with the ground block. The additional bush is balanced by two springs, the force of each of them is by an order of magnitude greater than the force of the locking bush spring. The sectional area of the cavity for feeding the control pressure exceeds the sectional area of the collet surface engageable with the packing member of the ground block. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of separation of the on-board and ground blocks. 3 dwg
