PROTECTIVE CLOTHING Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: protection against bullets, fragments, heat factors and atmospheric effects, applicable for equipment of specialists in extreme conditions. SUBSTANCE: the protective clothing comprises overalls of laminated cloth made with vent holes and vertical fastenings located on the front part of the overalls. The overalls are provided with pockets, part of the layers of laminated cloth is made of ballistic cloth or ballistic packs, located on the internal side of the ballistic layers/packs are dampers with vent ducts. The vertical fastenings are made detachable from top to bottom or from bottom to top for disconnection of the front part of the overalls and transformation of it into a cape. EFFECT: expanded operating capacities of the clothing and provided protection against fragments and bullets, quick taking-off of the overalls and transformation into a cape, possibility of putting on the clothing without taking-off of the foot-wear. 10 dwg
