FIELD: animal farming. SUBSTANCE: unit has hopper with pyramidal bottom and litter distributing device formed as transverse belt conveyor, pin drum and vertical partition wall, which are mounted above conveyor longitudinal axis in bottom and hopper. Partition wall is made of polymer material having friction coefficient less than that of hopper wall and bottom. While advancing along manure passages of animal house, unit uniformly distributes litter onto stalls rear part. Amounts of litter to be distributed are controlled by means of gate. Hopper is mounted on motorized cart. Litter throwing distance is regulated by changing conveyor inclination angle by means of winch.
