FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: unit comprises a platform. On the platform, a hopper (2) for manure is mounted, having a horizontal screw (3), a drive (4) and a nozzle directing the manure from the hopper to the transverse screw. Also, the platform comprises two throwers (6) with drives (7), two vertical screws (8) with drives for the displacement of manure from the channels into the hopper. On the platform there are axles (10) of scrapers (11) for the removal of manure from the ends of stalls to the channels, a safety arc (12), a hopper with a scraper conveyer with a drive and holes (16) in the bottom of the hopper, a gear-motor (17) with a sprocket (18). The sprocket engages with a perforated guide (19) located above the floor. In the front part of the platform two scrapers (21) are mounted at an acute angle to the direction of movement, which are made with the ability of rotation in a horizontal plane about the vertical axles (22). Power supply of the unit is provided by a three-phase busbar (23). On the platform brackets the lamps (25) of ultraviolet radiation of cows and air ozonisers (26) are fixed. The platform comprises an operator's station (27) and the control panel (28) of the unit.
EFFECT: increased productivity of the unit.
