FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has acoustic receiver designed as piezoelectric acceleration pickup electrically connected to amplification and filtration unit input through coordinating cascade being discharge repeater like resistance multiplier. The amplification and filtration unit is connected to power amplifier. The power amplifier is connected to telephone and to electric plug lead through interface unit having two photodiodes connected in parallel-opposition. The second lead is connected to analog- to-digital converter input which output and reference phonogram unit output is connected to analysis unit inputs. The telephone also has sound- conducting tubes and head support member with olives. EFFECT: improved signal/noise ratio; excluded errors in performing diagnosis activity. 1 dwg
