FIELD: medicine, amino acids. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel chemical compositions, namely to composition consisting of ten natural amino acids with four trace elements, sodium and potassium that shows antiarrhythmic activity and can be used in medicine practice. Composition eliciting antiarrhythmic effect has the following components, g/l: valine, 1.00; leucine, 4.40; isoleucine, 2.90; phenylalanine, 2.20; tryptophane, 0.50; lysine hydro- -chloride, 1.25; methionine, 4.40; histidine, 14.2; serine, 28; sodium glutaminate, 19.9; lithium glutamate, 14.5 and also, mole/l: manganese (II) dichloride 1.6 x 10-3; cobalt (II) dichloride, 1.5 x 10-5; copper (II) dichloride, 3.7 x 10-4; potassium chloride, 5.4 x 10-2 and distilled water. Composition with amino acids, trace elements, sodium and potassium shows less toxicity. EFFECT: enhanced antiarrhythmic activity, decreased toxicity. 8 tbl
