FIELD: aviation; designing aircraft equipment and, particularly, multi-purpose aircrafts. SUBSTANCE: aircraft has a high-set and low-set wings with control surfaces articulated together by means of swept-forward pylons; aircraft is also provided with rudders. Aircraft is provided with nose all-moving fin. Low-set wing is swept-back. High-set wing is also swept-back; it is brought forward from shading zone of lower wing even at charge angles of attack in such way that aircraft CG should be in front of total wing center of pressure. Central portion of high-set wing is connected with fuselage in area of aircraft CG by means of central pylon on which engines are located. High-set wing is provided with slats and may have V-configuration at front view. Low-set wing is of V-configuration. Additional or main fuel tanks may be located in central pylon. Low-set wing may be positioned as low-wing monoplane, mid-wing monoplane and high-wing monoplane. The multi-purpose aircraft increased safety due to enhanced stability and controllability during take-off, horizontal flight, banked turns and landing.
