FIELD: light flying vehicles and other transport facilities. SUBSTANCE: flying vehicle has fuselage and system of wings, tail section with tail unit and landing gear. Wing system includes front pair of swept-back wings secured under fuselage and rear tail unit made in form of pair of swept-forward wings having lesser span as compared with front pair of wings. Aircraft is provided with shrouded propeller embracing the tail section of fuselage. Flying vehicle is also provided with vertical connected members coupling the ends of rear wing with center portion of front wing. Parts of front wing located between fuselage and connecting members contain tandem wings located in spaced relation in one plane; outer panels of front wing are rotatable relative to longitudinal axis of wing.
