The cross-bars are installed for rotation on axles rigidly installed in the casing and being a reverse counterpart of each other, and have recesses on its body for engagement with the lock closing strip, the cross-bars are installed in the casing in such a manner that they project from the lock casing and can be positioned in the closing strip, and the cross-bar strip is positioned between the cross-bars and has a means for engagement with the cross-bars for provision of their turning at its movement from the driving mechanism, the cross-bars can be engaged with the closing strip by their recesses.
