FIELD: pipeline transport; gas and oil producing industry, chemical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: drive mechanism of cock is arranged beyond body of shut-off member; it includes rack with recess whose profile coincides with profile of side lever with weight articulated in its upper position; at one end, rack is provided with magnet located in cylinder made from non-magnetic material with two hermetically-sealed reed relays located on its outer surface; outer envelope of cylinder is made integral with sector in the form of circle with handle, attachment axle and longitudinal slot in its lower half; other end of rack is articulated to rod of hydraulic cylinder whose another end carries piston provided with sealing rings; piston divides hydraulic cylinder into two cavities: the first cavity is communicated with inter-tube space after cock and the second cavity is used for spring laid between piston and hydraulic cylinder cover which has hole in its center for rod with sealing rings; the second cavity is provided with relief hole which is communicated with atmosphere through float chamber and breathing pipe; retainer cylinder mounted in top portion of rack opposite recess is provided with spring-loaded rod and cover.
