FIELD: mechanical engineering; valve and fittings. SUBSTANCE: invention relates for use as shutoff devices in processing pipelines. Proposed valve gate controlled by actuator arranged out of the limits of its housing contains shutoff member in form of disk with sealing members placed on and secured on disk. Disk is connected with drive shaft brought out of the limits of housing through seal unit and connected with actuator. It has housing with through channels open from below and top. Axis of channels is displaced relative to central axis of housing to form "pocket". Sealing ring is press-fitted in outlet channel. Said ring serves as seat for valve. Valve is connected to inner lever. Other end of inner lever is connected to key drive shaft valve, when open, is placed in "pocket". Slot-type shock absorber (damper) containing disk and slot ring with radial through slots integral with disk arranged on lower plane of valve. Lower cup is placed between lower plane of valve and slot shock absorber, and upper cup is located on upper plane of valve. Round section ring (cord) is found on periphery of upper cup. In closed position, housing and upper edge of valve form round groove. Said ring gets into groove and is covered from top by upper cup. Slot shock absorber, lower and upper cups adjoining the valve (valve being in contact with inner lever) are braced by one bolt passed through hole in center of valve. Medium flow is directed to valve. Ends of drive shaft are fitted into holes of housing. One end of shaft does not get out of the limits of housing. Other end of shaft, passing through seal unit, projects form from housing and terminates in square. Manual control outer lever is fitted on said square. Lever is hinge-connected with rod of hydraulic cylinder passed through seal unit. Rod is connected with piston inside hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulic cylinder is hinge suspended from bracket outside the housing. EFFECT: improved reliability of cutting off flow of working medium along pipelines. 3 dwg
