FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves using vermiform process as autograft for substituting hepatic choledochus defect. Ascending colon, cecum, small intestine mesenterium root are mobilized. The vermiform process is shifted to subhepatic space. Proximal anastomosis is built between appendix apex and the common hepatic duct. Distal anastomosis is built between the appendix base and the common hepatic duct end or descending branch of the duodenum. EFFECT: improved epithelialization conditions. 4 dwg
