FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying health-strengthening and medicamentous therapy and transcutaneous laser radiation treatment to the heart area from 1-2 fields in pulsating mode holding 6-10 cm distance between the radiation source and skin selecting wavelength of 575-630 nm, impulse power of 0.25-0.5 mJ with 120-140 pulses every session. The radiation treatment is applied 5 times a week with 5-10 sessions per treatment course and course repetition in 0.5-2 months until complete convalescence is achieved. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; excluded risk of mechanical injuries. 1 tbl
