SUBSTANCE: one should successively affect reflexogenic interscapular areas at the level of Th-4-Th6, sinocarotid areas and intercostals areas Th1-Th5, parasternally from the right and from the left with amplitude-frequency-modulated low-intensity infrared laser radiation. Then one should affect intercostals areas Th1-Th5 with amplitude-frequency-modulated low-intensity magnetic waves parasternally from the right and from the left. After that simultaneously one should affect a visual analyzer with amplitude-frequency-modulated low-intensity infrared waves and the area of the fourth intercostals area being from the left against the sternum with magnetic waves. The suggested innovation enables to reconstruct the regulation of cardiac rhythm, improves cardiac circulation and metabolism, contractile capacity of cardiac muscle, improves rheological properties of blood, removes neurotic states and increases adaptation potential of the body.
