FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing catheter into the pancreatic duct. Autobile and trypsin solution mixture are introduced into the duct in equal proportions. The mixture is administered in the amount of 0.3-0.5 mg/kg of body mass. Trypsin of 0.4-0.7 mg/kg concentration is used. The application is carried out under pressure of 1360 Pa. Then the catheter is transitory pressed away for 30-40 min. EFFECT: higher level of correspondence to the basic etiopathogenesis stages and clinical features of acute pancreatitis.
