FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves repairing dental stump using pin structure. Hard tissue residues are removed from covering structure to be reused. It is set on the teeth for checking compliance. Fixation bed is formed for one or several pins to be set. The stump is manufactured with wax composition used. The composition surface is to be congruent to the internal surface of the earlier manufactured crown prosthesis. Silicon intermediate layer is produced between the wax stump and covering crown. The wax stump is removed and one or several anchoring pins are screwed in into pin bed filled with cement. The stump is covered with restoration material of chemical or double hardening. Covering crown is set on the tooth under occlusion control. The restoration material having hardened, the silicon inlay is removed and the covering structure is fixed on the tooth with cement.
