FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves producing prosthesis bed, forming root canal by means of calibrating instruments, producing pin, fitting the pin into root canal cavity, filling the prosthesis bed with self-hardening plastic material for reproducing artificial tooth stump, manufacturing cast stump pin inlay, fixing the cast stump pin inlay in tooth canal and covering it with supporting artificial crown. The pin is manufactured in exact correspondence to standard sizes of the root canal calibration instruments like ash-free plastic pin fittable immediately after having formed root canal.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment by reusing crown manufactured earlier before natural stump fracture.
