FIELD: medicine, reconstructive surgery. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of preparing biocomposition materials based on collagen. The parent substances are frozen by dispersing in refrigerant at minus 70-196 C followed by sublimation drying and structurizing. If necessary to prepare the more solid collagen-base material products of sublimation drying are condensed by the known methods (by rolling or pressing in press-forms) followed by structurizing. Proposed method excludes stages of saturation of products of sublimation drying by water vapor and additional drying of ready product in air. Method ensures to prepare collagen materials as powders, granules, plates of different type containing different medicinal substances (or their mixtures), for example, antibiotics, antiseptics, regeneration stimulating agents and others.
