FIELD: shut-off fittings for transportation of liquid or gaseous media, hydrocarbon-containing gases inclusive both in surface and underground pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: check valve has body with inlet branch pipe on which seat with flap valve is mounted. Flap valve is connected with rod of hydraulic brake by means of articulated lever joint. Piston and rod chambers f hydraulic brake are communicated with each other and with cavity of check valve body. Hydraulic brake body is articulated for synchronous turn in plane of turn of lever. Lever connects hydraulic brake body with flap valve. Liquid-and-gas medium is used as working medium for hydraulic brake. Volume of this medium is checked by means of valves. Valves open in turn.
