FIELD: mechanical engineering; hatch opening and closing devices; shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes double-acting hydraulic cylinder with two hollow covers and rod connected with shield by means of leverage, piston, working fluid supply and discharge pipe unions, indicator unit consisting of electric signal converters and control members and interlocking unit. Hydraulic cylinder rod is hollow and interlocking unit is made in form of valve with two heads mounted coaxially in said cavity and in cavity of front cover for longitudinal motion; it communicates piston chamber with cavity of working member, for example hydraulic motor extending masting antenna. Required sequence of operations is ensured by indicator unit whose control element is connected with hydraulic cylinder rod by means of signal converters mounted on hydraulic cylinder body at distance relative to each other which is equal to piston stroke.
