FIELD: vibration devices of machines for excitation of vibration. SUBSTANCE: vibration device has base on which four posts with flexible members and working members are installed with the help of hinges; electric motor with vertical shaft and expanding coupling; working shaft with changeable conoid, diaphragm and regulator. Device also contains body with screw sleeve and vibration mechanism mounted with the help of cantilever and having four vertical regulating rods. Each of four percussion mechanisms consists of guide body, coaxial helical spring and threaded step sleeve into which pusher and striker are secured from opposite sides. EFFECT: preserved strength of impact of strikers on rods in the course of operation with motion of diaphragm, regulated amplitude of impact and possibility of soft impact of striker on frame. 2 dwg
