FIELD: mechanical engineering; brakes with slack adjusters for disk brakes of aircraft and automobiles. SUBSTANCE: proposed drive has cylinder 1, hollow piston 2 accommodating locking device in form of conical bushing 3 with conical inserts 4, release device and device to return piston in initial position. Flexible element of release device is made in form of slotted spring ring 8 pressed to conical bushing 3 by pressure ring 9. Piston return device is formed by end-face surface 12 made inside piston and engaging with end-face surface of conical bushing 3. EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions of brake drive, improved reliability in operation and simplified return of piston in initial position. 1 dwg
