FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: building system has separate structural units each incorporating top and bottom actually parallel surfaces, at least one hole spread from top to bottom surface; structural units are made for their installation one on top of other so that holes of different units are coaxially arranged. Joining member is installed in each hole; first respective is pressed to second one placed under first structural unit; junction member of each first structural unit acts on top surface of this first structural unit and is joined to junction member belonging to second structural unit. Deformable member installed between bottom surface of first structural unit and junction member of second structural unit is deformed by first given force thereby building up stress in junction member of first structural unit; this force is much lower than second given force applied to first structural unit for pressing it to second one.
