PROCESS OF OPENING OF PRODUCTIVE POOL Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: oil industry. SUBSTANCE: process of opening of productive pool includes formation of perforation conduits in pipe which is part of casing string prior to its sinking into well and installation of plugs of material easily removed by exposure to chemical substance in conduits. Casing string is sunk into well with positioning of pipe with plugs in opposition to productive pool. Casing string is pressure grouted. Tubing string is sunk into casing string. Well is washed, chemical substances are pumped into zone of arrangement of plugs and well sucker-rod pump is lowered. Body of well sucker-rod pump or lock support of well sucker-rod pump are sunk on tubing string before well washing and pumping of chemical substance into well. When these operations are completed body of well sucker-rod pump or its lock support are raised to depth planned for operation. Level of fluid in well is reduced to specified value of needed depression. Then plunger of pump is lowered on rods and after time required for dissolution of plugs by chemical substance well is put in production. EFFECT: formation of controlled depression on productive pool and prevention of penetration of well fluid into pool, raised efficiency of clearing of pool.
