FIELD: oil and gas production, two-stage pressure grouting of casing strings in oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: gear includes body with side grouting holes where hollow plugs are installed. Gear also has enclosure mounted outside body which forms space and valve unit jointly with it. Valve unit includes seat with conical bearing surface and shut-off member. Space between body and enclosure is formed over entire perimeter. Valve unit is positioned above space. Its seat is made fast to enclosure. Shut-off member comes in the form of bushings interconnected telescopically. They are arranged over perimeter of body and rest with upper butts against springs and the latter leans against casing. Casing is made fast to body. Lower butts of bushings are conical to accommodate seat. EFFECT: design of gear with large provisory passage for grouting mortar and exhibiting increased reliability. 6 dwg
