METHOD FOR TRAINING OR UPGRADING OF PILOT AND/OR AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL PERSONNEL IN RADIO TALKS IN ENGLISH Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: training of pilot and air traffic control personnel with employment of a flight air traffic control simulator. SUBSTANCE: the simulator has a trainer's workplace and at least one workplace for the trainees. Each workplace is equipped at least with one personal computer combined in a local network at least with part of the computers forming part of the simulator. The computers installed on the workplaces for the trainees are made for simulation of flight on aircraft. At least one workplace for training several trainees is provided in the simulator. All the workplaces are made for training within the crew. At least one computer on the trainer's workplace is made for simulation of the air traffic control panel. The trainer's workplace is equipped at least with one airman's headset or some other means for radio talks between the trainer and trainee. Each workplace for the trainees is equipped at least with two airman's headsets or some other means for radio talks between the trainer and trainee and between the trainees being crew members. EFFECT: prevented accidents and crashes caused by insufficient technique of talks of the crew in English. 21 cl, 1 dwg
