SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training systems and methods, in particular to the development of a method for training operators to operate an unmanned boat (UB). The method of training operators to control the UB contains the coordination by the teacher of individual and collective actions of a group of students with the educational material, the display of information by means of displaying information in the mode of personal and group perception by the actions of students and the teacher with educational material on storage media, and control of the learning of the educational material by students. Before the start of a practical lesson at sea, a scenario for the future lesson is developed in the form of elements of an organizational and activity game and the role of each of them is conveyed to the trainees. Next, according to the lesson plan, students begin to control the UB, performing a series of exercises, observing the environment using instruments at the shore control station (SCS). Then the trainees begin to develop skills in managing the UB payloads, taking into account the given tactical training environment. At the same time, at the command of the trainer, trainees occupying sitting places change places with trainees occupying standing places until all trainees have mastered the skills of managing the UB from each workplace.
