FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the farming industry field, in particular, to fodder production and may be used for preparation of concentrated fodders for feeding cattle, sheep, swine and other animals. The method involves loading a grain mixture and water into the reservoir, thermal treatment of the grain mixture during stirring, cooling the mixture, the cooled mixture yeasting and aeration. In the process of thermal treatment one performs the grain mixture malting at a temperature of 78-82°C during 2-3 hours. Then one performs cooling and aeration of the grain mixture at a temperature of 38-40°C and the mixture yeasting by way of crude yeast introduction in an amount of 40 g per 1 kg of the dry grain mixture at a temperature of 38-40°C during 2-4 hours. All the listed processes are performed inside one reservoir while intensively stirring the fodder being prepared.
EFFECT: invention usage allows to produce a highly nutrient and easily accessible fodder for cattle, sheep, swine and other animals.
