FIELD: wind-power engineering; environmentally oriented power supplies. SUBSTANCE: plant has windmill, hydraulic pump, air-water storage, and motor- generator set. Novelty is that plant is provided with check and proportional valves arranged in tandem between hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor; delivery water line; hydraulic lock whose inlet communicates with delivery water line; and hydraulic booster built up of two convertible hydraulic machines of different working volumes and provided with low-pressure inlet and outlet; high-pressure line communicating with air and water storage; pressure switch connected to the latter, and electromagnetic valve whose outlet communicates with control inlet of hydraulic lock and inlet, with outlet of the latter and with low-pressure inlet of hydraulic booster; distributor whose inlet is connected to low-pressure outlet of hydraulic booster and two outlets, in parallel with hydraulic pump; tachometer mounted on common windwheel and hydraulic pump shaft; control unit whose three inputs are connected to respective outputs of motor-generator set, tachometer, and pressure relay; connected to three outputs of control unit are respective inputs of electromagnetic valve, proportional valve, and hydraulic motor. EFFECT: reduced mass and size of plant; improved regulation of motor- generator speed; enhanced utilization of wind energy. 1 dwg
