FIELD: testing engineering.
SUBSTANCE: bench comprises main pump made of a reverse motor-pump provided with the proportional electric control, auxiliary pump, pressure gauges mounted in the hydraulic lines, controller, and device for setting the law of pressure variation whose output is connected with the input of the controller. One of the working passages of the motor-pump is directly connected with the hydraulic line for connecting the vessel to be tested, and the other passage is directly connected with the hydraulic line for connecting vessel to be tested. One working passage of the auxiliary pump is connected with the hydraulic tank, and the other working passage is connected with the passage of the hydraulic device whose two other passages are connected with the hydraulic lines. The electric input of the control unit of the main pump is connected with the output of the controller, and the outputs of the pressure gauge are connected with the inputs of the controller. According to one of the versions, the auxiliary pump is made uncontrollable. The bench could be provided with a pressure valve whose pressure passage is connected with the second passage of the auxiliary pump, which is a pressure passage in the present case, and discharge passage is connected with the hydraulic tank. The pressure valve could be provided with the proportional control. The input of the valve is connected with the output of the controller, and the second passage of the auxiliary pump is connected with the pressure gauge whose output is connected with the input of the controller.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities, prolonged service life, and reduced power consumption.
