DEVICE GOT DYNAMOMETER TEST OF SUCKER- ROD WELL PUMPS (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

Abstract RU 2176032 C1

FIELD: measurement technology; diagnosis of state and monitoring of operation of under-water part of sucker-rod well pumps of pumping units. SUBSTANCE: device includes bench mark and polished rod motion sensors in form of radiator and receiver connected to recording unit. Input of high-pass filter is connected to output of polished rod motion sensor and to one input of recording unit and its output is connected to second to input of recording unit. Bench mark is secured on parts of polished rod suspensions. Polished rod motion sensor is mounted immovably relative to faceplate. Members of cable hanger perform function of bench mark. Dynamometer test is conducted with the aid of motion sensor made in form of supersonic wave radiator and receiver or super-high frequency radiator or laser radiator. According to second version, device has polished rod motion sensor made in form of radiator and receiver connected to recording unit. Input of high-pass filter is connected to output of polished rod motion sensor and to one of inputs of recording unit; its output is connected to second input of recording unit. Radiator is secured on parts of polished rod hanger. Receiver is mounted relative to faceplate. Receiver and radiator are made in form of separate units provided with synchronizing device. Transmitter is mounted on parts of cable hanger or balance beam; receiver is mounted immovably relative to faceplate. Dynamometer test is conducted with the aid of motion sensor made in form of supersonic wave radiator and receiver, or super-high frequency radiator or laser radiator. EFFECT: facilitated testing procedure; increased service life; enhanced reliability. 5 cl, 3 dwg
