FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil field development, namely, to a method for automatically determining the cause of a malfunction of the deep-pumping equipment of a producing well based on machine learning. The method consists in the fact that the well is equipped with dynamographs transmitting information in the form of working dynamograms by telemetry. An existing database with a precisely defined type of faulty dynamograms in a given format with the possibility of continuous replenishment is created again or used. The computer program performs parameterization of the coordinates of dynamograms in a single format. The program is being trained on this sample. A file with working dynamograms is loaded into the database of the program with further parameterization of the coordinates of dynamograms in a single format. The program compares the working dynamograms with the training file from the wells and outputs the forecast “Working”/”Problem”, the probability of work and the three most likely types of problems with the installation of the rod deep pump with the corresponding probabilities. The technologist selects the most reliable type of problem and makes an operational decision to eliminate it.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at ensuring high efficiency when used for its intended purpose.
