FIELD: solid-propellant jet ammunition. SUBSTANCE: jet projectile has an ogival nose cone with a fuse, engine nozzle unit with a cylindrical nose cone, on which the foldable blades of the stabilizer are mounted. An annular shoulder with an edge formed by intersection of the end plane and the ogive surface is made at the beginning of the ogive nose cone. The distance from the edge of the annular shoulder to the fuse end makes up 0.15 to 0.25 of the nose cone length, the relation between the diameter at the edge of the annular shoulder and the diameter of the fuse end makes up 3 to 4.5, and a cooling chamber is formed between the cylindrical nose cone and the nozzle cones. Made in the zone of attachment of the stabilizing device on the cylindrical nose cone are through holes, whose total area makes up 2 to 3 areas of the maximum cross-section of the cooling chamber, a cylindrical bead is formed on the exhaust cone, its diameter and width make up 0.92 to 0.94 and 0.094 to 0.103 of the projectile caliber respectively, and one or several annular grooves are made on the outer surface of the bead.
