FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: design of converter can be employed for precision measurement of currents, voltages, power and electric energy in electric networks, in automated systems of control and metering of electric energy, in energy-saving instruments and equipment. Technical objective of proposed invention lies in increase of precision and speed of measurement and in expansion of functional capabilities of instrument converter in wide range of frequencies of measured current or voltage. Instrument current and voltage converter presents system of automatic control over output signal securing minimization of action of destabilizing factors and self-calibration of zero in preset time intervals.
