SUBSTANCE: meter is intended for remote measurement of metrological characteristics of tested current transformers in single- and three-phase high-voltage networks at sites of their operation. Characteristic feature of invention consist in use of small-size precision current transformer for measurement of reaction of tested current transformer to action of test current, in application of original algorithm for processing measurement results and in remote control over test process.
