SUBSTANCE: in the area of the upper and lower ends of one of its edges the holder is provided with rotary supports for the tenons arranged in a row in pairs on the upper and lower edges of the holder respectively. The main part of the holder is provided with clamps designed for installation in the supports for turning relative to the axis that is transverse to the longitudinal axis of the tenons, cylindrical insert having a transverse drilling for the holding post.
