FIELD: grinding equipment. SUBSTANCE: mill has ring mounted for rotation and equipped with horizontal shaft, at least one roll whose axis is extending parallel with ring shaft, and flexible device for pressing roll to ring inner surface. Roll rests with its both ends upon two brackets mounted on mill bed and connected one with through torsion shaft arranged parallel with brackets pins of rotation. Torsion shaft may be arranged on brackets pins of rotation. Brackets may be attached by key slots to torsion shaft resting with its ends upon bearings attached to mill bed. Torsion shaft may be arranged in spaced relation to brackets axes of rotation, may be passed through ring or arranged outside the ring. Torsion shaft may be made tubular. Such construction allows grinding force growth to be reduced and roll and pressing equipment vibration to be decreased. Mill may be used for grinding various materials.
