SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing tubular members in tube plates and fixing them by plastic deforming; using tubular members including (each member) outer and inner tubes mutually joined with guaranteed tightness; selecting tightness value according to condition that specific pressure on surface of joining tubes exceeds specific pressure value inside tubular member at operation; using carbon steel for making outer tube and corrosion resistant material for making inner tube.
