SUBSTANCE: equipment including a tube bank for heat exchange processes, which involves titanium cover and a row of tubes consisting of at least one zirconium layer arranged in contact with the above fluid media. With that, the tube sheet, into which the above tubes are inserted, includes an external layer from zirconium or zirconium alloy and an under-lying layer from titanium, which is welded to the equipment cover. The above equipment is used namely as a heat exchanger, for example as a stripping column in a high-pressure cycle of carbamide synthesis processes.
EFFECT: reduction of the amount of corrosion-protective material used for lining; simpler production technology; increased durability and safety of equipment.
