SUBSTANCE: composition comprises multicomponent mixture of synthetic anionic and nonionic surfactants, oxyethylated esters of phosphoric acid, hydrocarbon solvent and additive such as aliphatic or aromatic alcohol or products comprising them, ratios of components being as follows, wt.%: multicomponent mixture of synthetic anionic and nonionic surfactants, oxyethylated alkylesters of phosphoric acid and hydrocarbon solvent, 50-90, aliphatic or aromatic alcohol or products comprising them, 10-50. Composition is prepared by successively adding aliphatic or aromatic alcohol, or products comprising them to final multicomponent mixture of above composition. EFFECT: lower viscosity of the composition so as to decrease hydraulic resistances of active highly viscous oils, higher heat stability of the composition during oil production and preparation of compositions in cold seasons, greater efficiency in preventing asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits. 3 cl, 5 tbl
