FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to remove asphaltene-tar-paraffin deposits from oil-field equipment, well, and bottom zone of formation in order to intensify production of oil and increase oil recovery of formation. Proposed formulation contains, wt %: exhausted or purified cyclohexane fraction, 33.0-74.98; exhausted tall or rapeseed oil, 20.0-30.0; surfactant or surfactant mixture, 0.01-5.0; organic solvent, 5.0-30.0; chemically inert surface-modified hydrophobic superfine material: tetrafluoroethylene, titanium, iron, chromium, zinc, or aluminum oxide, polyvinyl alcohol, or silicon oxides (white black, talc, aerosil, perlite, polysil), 0.01-2.0. Formulation may further contain salt deposition inhibitor in amount 1.0-3.0%. Formulation prevents formation of deposits thanks to its increased ability of dissolving deposits, increased detergent, dispersing, emulsifying, and stabilizing actions with regard to deposits with high content of paraffins, tars, and asphaltenes, as well as thanks to watering of oil and increase in oil recovery achieved owing to increased hydrophobization of formation rock.
