SUBSTANCE: method involves balancing shear force due to mass of sheets being replaced by means of balancer; squeezing out sheet fastening nails; removing the sheet; making holes in new sheet to match those in old one; fastening new sheet in place of that removed. Device has balancer joined to sheet by cords and nail extractor having beam with rods fastened to board and pressing screw. There are alternatives of manufacturing nail extractor.
