FIELD: mining industry, leaching of mineral resources predominantly during mining of tailing dumps. SUBSTANCE: technical result of process consists in creation of physical and chemical conditions intensifying leaching process by means of acoustic cavitation excited by electric source of pulse pressure in solution to be leached. In correspondence with process pile leaching of mineral resources includes arrangement of ore mass over prepared site with system of solution supply and collection, supply of leaching solution, treatment of ore mass by electric current and collection of productive solution. Leaching solution is fed into ore mass till it is saturated before treatment by electric current. Electric current treatment is conducted with the aid of electric-hydraulic device generating electric discharges in ore mass. These discharges are generated and repeated with intensity securing excitation of acoustic cavitation sufficient to produce specified amount of hydrogen peroxide in leaching solution saturating ore mass. Ore mass is placed in layers over site prepared for leaching and every layer is treated with the help of electric-hydraulic device. Ore mass is worked over by electric-hydraulic plough, for example. Upper part of layer by thickness in this case is poured from sand ore and intensity of treatment of layers grows with growth of height of pile. EFFECT: intensified leaching process. 3 cl, 2 dwg
