FIELD: cryogenic engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has heat-insulated reservoir secured in vacuum- tight casing, drainage, filling and tapping pipe lines with shut-off valves. Tapping pipe line is brought out of lower portion of reservoir and is provided with raising section whose upper end is connected to pipe line wound on outer surface of reservoir at thermal contact. Length of this pipe line is dictated by condition at which liquid will not leave this cold section of pipe line even at maximum overload and consequently will not get into warm zone of pipe line at zero flow rate through this pipe line. EFFECT: minimum losses of cryogenic product stored in reservoir with open drainage. 1 dwg
